About the Course
HLTAID011 Provide First Aid Course (incl CPR HLTAID009)
HLTAID011 Provide first aid describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty in line with first aid guidelines determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other Australian national peak clinical bodies. This unit applies to all persons who may be required to provide a first aid response in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
This is a nationally recognised training program design to certify first aiders in the workplace and other situations. This unit includes the CPR component HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Course Format
- 3 hours online pre-study
- 3 Hours practical face-to-face
